License Agreement (EULA)

1. Subject of the Agreement
This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of use of the "Secure Exam" browser software ("Software") between the licensee (an educational institution or exam center) and the Software provider.
2. Grant of license
The Provider grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for administering exams on devices controlled by the Licensee, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
It is prohibited to: decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; transfer the license to third parties without the Provider's written consent; use the Software for purposes unrelated to exam administration.
4. Data processing
The Software may collect technical activity log data and send it to a server designated by the Provider for diagnostic and stability purposes. This data is transmitted only over authenticated, protected communication channels.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is". The Provider makes no additional warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
6. Termination
The Agreement terminates automatically if the Licensee breaches its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must discontinue use of the Software.
7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
